Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

Customised items, including garments made with your selected print placement, cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. Motonation Clothing will cover reasonable return postage for approved faulty or incorrect items.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
